1997 - By the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Hospital was established under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic with 1,235 beds and the status of the highest state multidisciplinary medical and preventive institution for the provision of highly specialized inpatient and outpatient medical care to the population of the Kyrgyz Republic.
