Russian National Research Medical University named after N. I. Pirogov

Pirogov RNRMU is a leading scientific and educational medical center that provides training for doctors, pharmacists, clinical psychologists, social workers, as well as unique medical scientific personnel (specialties - medical biochemistry, medical cybernetics, medical biophysics).  More than 12,000 people study at the University annually under higher professional education programs and more than 10,000 people - under additional professional education programs.

Since 2014, the University has been developing an automated system of additional professional education, combining the functions of training management and support for the learning process. On the instructions of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, since 2015 Pirogov RNRMU has been providing methodological and informational support for the portal of continuous medical and pharmaceutical education, the main function of which is to organize and record the educational activity of all healthcare specialists.

Pirogov RNRMU Pirogova actively works with applicants. We participate in projects of the Moscow Department of Education and support specialized classes in more than 50 schools in the Moscow region, conduct classes for schoolchildren at the Center for Technological Support of Education, and our University Saturdays were recognized as the best in the competition for the best "Saturday" in 2014, 2015 and 2019. The University has preparatory courses, the Khim*Bio*Plus school of additional education, and the summer "School of the Young Surgeon" has been gathering more than 2 thousand participants for the second year.
